Its acne program, the Face Reality Acne Bootcamp, runs three to six months, is designed for acne grades 1 to 4 without prescription drugs, and asks clients to use acne-safe products exclusively and to commit to changes in diet, lifestyle and makeup. Clients are asked to arrive at least 10 minutes early, as late arrivals may have appointments shortened, and to complete an intake form and, for some services, a consent form, about 10 minutes before the appointment. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice, or a cancellation fee of 25% of the appointment price may apply. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure a booking and is applied to the service. Cash, credit and debit cards, Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted. Services and gift certificates are not refundable; product returns follow a separate policy. The business states it follows strict hygiene and sanitation protocols, including regular cleaning and disinfecting of surfaces and tools.
