The Acne Boot Camp program starts with a 120-minute consultation and first treatment, then continues with appointments about every two weeks during active clearing. Professional home-care products are required for the program and are bought separately. Maintenance treatments are available afterward, along with an acne facial with consultation for teens ages 11 to 19 and a clear skin peel that uses alpha and beta hydroxy acids. A free 30-minute drop-in meeting about the program can be attended in person or online.

Facials and peels draw on Le Mieux, Circadia, IMAGE Skincare and BioRePeel products, along with Face Reality products for home care. Customized facials include a skin analysis and treatment built around the client's skin. Options range from a 40-minute mini facial to longer treatments that add ultrasound, oxygen infusion, LED light therapy or extended massage. The SWiCH treatment is offered as an alternative to traditional chemical peels, usually as a series every four weeks.

Facial massage and lymphatic drainage form a large part of the menu, including buccal (inside-the-mouth) massage, myofascial work and combinations with arm, upper-body or abdominal massage. Body massage and body sculpting packages are offered, although body massage is currently available to existing clients only. Men's facials and back treatments, including a student option, are also listed.

The studio asks for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, and appointments changed with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without a call may forfeit the deposit. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. The studio also runs a private five-hour buccal and facial lymphatic drainage training for practitioners, priced at $650, which includes hands-on practice, a model, a manual, videos, mentorship and a certificate.

Services are built around professional skincare lines with botanical and naturally derived ingredients, and treatments are customized to each client's skin.
