13th House Salon

13th House Salon describes itself as an inclusive, creative space where clients are encouraged to be themselves. It sits on Pine Street in Capitol Hill and works with a team of six stylists, each with their own specialties, so clients can choose a stylist whose strengths match what they want.

Ashley Crowley became the owner in September 2026 and also works as a stylist. Services span precision and creative cuts, shags, balayage, blonding, bleach and tone work, vivid color and custom color transformations. Clients can also book brow lamination and brow tinting at the salon.

Brow Haus Seattle, a permanent makeup studio, operates inside the salon and offers microblading, combo brow and lip blushing. Touch-up appointments are generally scheduled six to eight weeks after the first visit. Clients must be 18 or older to get any tattoo in Washington state, including microblading.

To find a spot for a visit of two hours or longer, the nearest option is the 4-hour lots on 13th and 14th Streets, between Pine and Pike. For shorter appointments, street parking is usually available within a block or two, though it fills up more in the afternoon and evening. Street parking is paid at the kiosk using your license plate number or through the PayByPhone app. The initial limit is two hours, which can be extended in the app, at a kiosk, or by moving the car.

Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. The salon also sells hair products, displayed in the waiting area by the door.
