About
Vanessa owns Bee Pretty and founded the business in 2012. Her background includes time at the MAC beauty counter, where she built her makeup artistry skills, and experience in spa settings, where she learned skincare routines. She opened the first Bee Pretty studio in downtown Charleston in March 2024.
Her work covers bridal makeup, special event makeup, commercial makeup and private makeup lessons, along with esthetic skin treatments such as facials, chemical peels and brow services. She welcomes brides, wedding guests and women who want to look and feel their best, and takes on local and destination weddings, engagement sessions and commercial work.
