Tymia Yvette

Tymia Yvette runs Tymia Yvette Beauty in Baltimore, where she is the owner and works as a beauty artist. Her bridal and event makeup work draws on nearly 20 years in professional beauty, and clients often call her Mia. She started out working part time with M·A·C Cosmetics while studying Fine Arts with a Graphic Design concentration at Morgan State University. She then spent 15 years with M·A·C, eventually becoming Trainer of Artistry and Development, a role in which she taught and developed hundreds of artists across Maryland, Washington DC and Northern Virginia in technique, product knowledge, sales and artist development. Her credits include New York Fashion Week, the BET Honors, the White House Correspondents' Dinner and the Baltimore Ravens Cheerleaders. More recently she worked on The Rockefeller Foundation's Big Bets for America: Baltimore. Her makeup work also spans television, editorial, corporate, production and on-camera projects. Tymia has more than ten years of lash artistry experience and is a licensed Maryland eyelash extension technician. She approaches each client by first focusing on the individual, whether that person is a bride, a private client, a fellow artist or a member of a professional team.
