Tulsi is the Lead Injector at Maia Plastic Surgery & Medspa in Tysons Corner, where she works as a board-certified nurse practitioner specializing in aesthetic medicine. She has more than ten years of clinical practice, including four years of injectable work. She began her aesthetics career in high-volume practices in New York City, where she completed hands-on injectable training across medspa and clinical settings. She trained under Dr. Thuy Doan and Dr. Arthur Swift, and she continues advanced study with industry brands in aesthetic medicine.
