Munique Maia

Munique Maia founded the practice, where she also serves as medical director, and she is a board-certified plastic surgeon. She completed fellowship training at Harvard. Her cosmetic surgery focuses on the face, eyes, nose, breast and body. Her facial procedures include facelifts, neck lifts, facial fat grafting and skin resurfacing, along with upper and lower blepharoplasty combined with a temple lift. Her rhinoplasty work aims to refine the shape, proportion and balance of the nose. On the body side, she performs tummy tucks, liposuction, breast augmentation and labiaplasty, and she designs custom mommy makeovers. She has written more than 50 articles, abstracts and book chapters in plastic surgery, and she served as associate editor of a global textbook on neck rejuvenation. She received an Outstanding Paper Award from the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. Northern Virginia Magazine, The Washingtonian and DC Magazine have all featured her.
