Troy Kerley co-owns Nova Mane Salon and is its color specialist, with nearly 15 years in the hair industry. He met Rachel Spyra at the start of their careers, when they worked side by side.
His color work is tailored to each client, with blonding and dimensional results as his main focus. He also cuts hair with scissors, razors and clippers.
He handles each service himself, start to finish, without a team, and he keeps the visit personal, aiming for the comfort and result each client wants. He also shows clients how to care for their hair at home.
