Travis Sweeney

Travis Sweeney is a barber at Hair Method Studio. He started working with hair in high school and pursued it professionally from 2010. He spent four years as an educator for American Crew. In 2016 he bought a barbershop in California called The San Mateo Zoo. He moved to Portland in October 2020 and sold his California shop in September 2023. He specializes in men's haircuts, fades, tapers, straight razor shaves and beards, and works with all hair textures. He works to make each visit comfortable, with a strong cut and a good experience overall, and he has experience across all hair textures, lengths and facial grooming. Facial hair grooming costs $30 or more on its own, or $25 or more with a barber service. A straight razor shave is $50 or more. Kids' cuts are $45 or more, and a kids' cut for children with developmental disabilities is $30 or more.
