Tova is the founder of EVOLVE and works as a stylist and colorist at the salon. She has more than 20 years of experience as a hairstylist in salons in San Francisco, New York City and Seattle.
Her career began in the 1980s at Pierre Michel, a salon in New York City, where she worked from 1980 to 1990. She has contributed to editorials for Cosmopolitan magazine and has taken part in runway shows for various designers. She moved to Seattle in 1990 and joined one of the city's first Aveda salons.
She has advanced training in cutting techniques from both Aveda and Vidal Sassoon, and she is a certified Organic Color Systems colorist.
