Tombra Peters is a stylist and curl specialist at Black Sheep Salon. Before moving into hairdressing, Tombra worked for the TSA for 18 years. Tombra began an apprenticeship at Black Sheep Salon in 2021 under the salon's stylists and also attended beauty school, starting at the beginning of the pandemic. She specializes in natural hair and curl work, including curly cuts, color and silk presses.
Tombra works with clients on the health, length and style goals they have for their hair, and welcomes Black women who want to wear their natural curls with ease as well as curly clients who want color. Pricing starts at $85-200 for a curly haircut, $150-200 for a silk press and $95 for two strand twists. Single process root retouch starts at $125, single process color at $150, and balayage and highlights at $250, for curly hair only. A small chunk of color starts at $150.
