Toby F. Handler

She practices at Tideline as a physician with over 20 years of experience. Her education includes an undergraduate degree from Cornell University and a medical degree from The New York Hospital/Cornell Medical Center. She completed her urology residency at NYU Medical Center, with rotations at Bellevue Hospital, the New York City Veterans Hospital and Tisch Hospital. She serves as Director of Female Urology in the Department of Urology at Winthrop University Hospital. Her clinical focus includes female incontinence and pelvic floor reconstruction, and she has recently concentrated on female sexual health, including treatment for women with vaginal pain and sexual dysfunction. She has conducted research and published numerous articles in peer-reviewed journals. She is fluent in Spanish.
