Tina Fermano, PA-C

Tina Fermano, PA-C is a physician assistant at the Hackensack and Hackensack Riverside locations. She is nationally certified and licensed in New Jersey and New York. She works closely with patients on cosmetic and medical skin concerns. She holds a Bachelor's degree in biology with a minor in philosophy, earned as a pre-medicine major at Rutgers University. She trained at Seton Hall University, earning a Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies. She completed a fellowship in cosmetic and medical dermatology under the supervision of Dr. David Goldberg. She serves as a clinical preceptor for PA students and lectures on dermatology. She belongs to the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. Her cosmetic services include skin rejuvenation, chemical peels, tattoo removal, dark spot correction and laser hair removal, plus vein treatment using sclerotherapy and lasers. She is trained in cosmetic fillers and injectables. Her medical work covers skin cancer screenings, biopsies and surgical excisions, and assessing and treating rashes, acne, rosacea, vitiligo, psoriasis and eczema.
