Timothy Kranick works as a stylist at Gillian, The Salon.

He opened Timothy's of Squirrel Hill in 1997, later owned and operated two Pittsburgh-area salons, including Timothy's of Forbes & Avenue W, and joined Anthony Izzi Salon when it had locations in Shadyside and Aspinwall, Pa.
Education is a big part of his background. He was a corporate color educator for L'Oréal Professional and has trained at the L'Oréal Academy in Soho, Trevor Sorbie Academy in London, Le Coup in Montreal, Sassoon Academy in New York City, and Toni & Guy. He completed the Texture Course at Sassoon Academy in Toronto in 2025, began teaching haircutting classes for Hanzo in 2024, and began the Wella Color Expert Program in 2026.
