Gillian Kranick

Gillian runs Gillian, The Salon in Hatboro.

In her chair she works mostly on curly hair and color, with blonding as a specialty.

Her training started at Timothy's of Squirrel Hill in Pittsburgh. Next came BLue A Hair Studio in Huntingdon Valley, before she launched her own business. She has finished multiple courses at the Sassoon Academy, both in the United States and in Toronto, and has attended in-salon classes with Oscar Bond, Omar Antonio, Aubrey Loots, Michelle Lee, Briana Cisneros and other educators.

She holds Wella Color Expert and Wella Cut Expert credentials, has assisted Wella Global Artist Sonya Dove and Wella Top Artist Alexandra Matiz, and has worked alongside Anthony Cole. Outside the salon she serves as a Brand Educator for Wella and belongs to the ghd North American Style Squad. She won the Editorial Cut category of the North American Trend Vision Awards in 2025. Both returning guests and first-time visitors are welcome.
