Tia

Tia is the owner of Brows To a T and works as a brow specialist who also does permanent makeup and makeup artistry. She is a certified makeup artist, is multi-certified in bridal makeup, and is certified and trained in services beyond microblading. She is not certified in Lip Neutralizing. Her work includes bridal makeup, bridesmaid makeup and event makeup.

For permanent brows, Tia chooses color to mimic the client's natural brow hair, often starting one shade lighter for the first session. For lip blushing, she chooses the color with the client based on their skin undertone.
