About
Thiara is the owner of TLC Nails & Esthetics and holds licenses as both a nail technician and an esthetician. She trained as a nail technician in 2024 and earned a Maryland esthetician license in 2025. Before opening her own suite on Belair Rd in August 2025, she worked out of a room at home.
She specializes in BIAB, hard gel, Gel X extensions, gel manicures and nail art, with a focus on natural nail health. She speaks English and Spanish, and bookings and design consultations can be held in either language.
