Tessa

Tessa is a licensed esthetician at Bohemia Skin and Body and is licensed in California. She is a certified holistic esthetician.

She trained at Cinta Aveda School of Esthetics and Cosmetology in a 600-hour esthetics program and completed Botnia holistic esthetician certification training, which included menopause in the treatment room and herbalism and skincare. Further training includes Touch of Yin, a Comprehensive Holistic Facial Certification and fascia sculpting massage with Bethany Kristiansen, Ecology in Motion gua sha at Komorebi Institute, TCM Facelift with gua sha and bo jin at Lanshin, Vodder method manual lymphatic drainage with Gay Lee Gulbrandson, holistic eczema care with Leia Hohenfeld, Introduction to Herbal Studies at Herbal Academy, Advanced True Microcurrent and facial muscle re-education at 7E Wellness and Face Sculpt Method with Olivia Szmidt.

Her treatments blend Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, herbalism and energetic healing. Sessions can draw on gua sha, lymphatic drainage, acupressure and breath and sound work, shaped to each client. Her aim is a calm room where clients can take their time and receive care for the whole person.
