Tal B Vincent founded Michael Vincent Academy and serves as its founder and CEO. She started out as a professional makeup and hair artist before moving into producing, and now works as a celebrity makeup artist, hairstylist and producer, specializing in celebrity makeup and hair.
Her production credits include music videos, TV shows, movies and fashion shows. Earlier, she was a member of the pop group 1-5, toured with artists including Justin Timberlake and Britney Spears, worked as a television host for MTV and E!, and has worked as a recording artist.
