Sydney Freedman

Sydney Freedman is a physician assistant (PA-C) at Advanced Dermatology & Aesthetic Medicine in Chicago's South Loop, where she focuses on medical dermatology. She spent several years practicing dermatology in Indiana and now cares for patients in Chicago.

She holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Michigan and a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Rush University. She is recognized as a Dermatology Diplomate Fellow by the Society of Dermatology Physician Associates, one of a small group of physician assistants to hold that designation.

She treats patients of all ages and skin types, and works alongside board-certified dermatologists on treatments, either performing them or supervising them. She is an active member and volunteer in the Emerging Scholars Program of the Society of Dermatology Physician Associates, and belongs to the Illinois Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Associates.
