Susan Baatz owns and runs a studio in Washington Crossing that she founded in 2005. Her studies began in 1989, and at the International School of Shiatsu she completed 500 hours of Shiatsu study and earned a Shiatsu certification. Alongside that, she studied macrobiotics and whole foods cooking, and in 1993 she spent a year as an assistant chef at the International Macrobiotic Institute in Switzerland. She keeps current by taking classes and attending seminars in her fields of practice.
