About
Stephanie Backus is a co-owner and the massage director at Yugen. She is a licensed massage therapist, licensed since 2013. While living abroad, she expanded her massage methods by learning new approaches from physiotherapists. She moved to Ireland with Matty Backus in January 2017.
Stephanie began studying Reiki in 2021 with the instructors of A Life Path and has attained the Master Teacher Reiki IV certification. She creates individualized treatment plans for each client's specific needs. Clients often come to her for musculoskeletal issues and leave with tips and tools for self-care.
