Sid

Sid owns Wavelength and works there as a barber, stylist and colorist. They have 17 years of experience in the industry and became a hairstylist at 17 while living in St. Petersburg, Florida.

They completed a razor and precision haircutting apprenticeship at Arrojo Studio in New York City and later worked there as a stylist and educator. They also worked at Persons of Interest Barbershop in Williamsburg, where they built a following, before opening Wavelength in 2021.

Their specialties include shags, mullets, precision bobs, barbering and fades. On color, they work with bleach and tones, platinum blondes, fantasy hair color, single process color and gloss. A short haircut is $80 to $100, a medium length haircut is $110, a long haircut is $130, and a beard trim add-on is $30. Their regular days are Monday, Tuesday and Friday.
