Sian Cullen owns Sputnik Seattle. She has more than 30 years of experience in the hair industry and is the creator of the Smart-Arse Gear line. She trained in razor cutting at Bumble and Bumble in New York and has collaborated with Seattle stylists, including Keith Funai and Rory McGowan at Coupe Rokei. Earlier in her career she spent several seasons making wigs and makeup for the Seattle Opera. She works with a confident, passionate style and a critical eye.
