Shelly Mauldin

Shelly Mauldin started Dermal Knowledge and works there as its lead aesthetic injector. She is a board-certified family nurse practitioner, and she holds RN and BSN credentials. She has more than 25 years of healthcare experience and over 25 years in the aesthetics field. Earlier roles include a year in pediatric oncology at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta and 15 years in day surgery at Eastside Medical Center.

Her education includes a B.A. in Cross Cultural Communications and Language Analysis, an R.N. from Georgia Perimeter College, and a B.S.N. from Jacksonville University. She trained in aesthetic facial rejuvenation at The Aesthetic Institute in Atlanta. Her practice centers on aesthetic medicine, covering Botox, dermal fillers, medical weight management and advanced skin therapies. She values building lasting relationships with patients.
