Gregory Mauldin

Gregory Mauldin is co-leader of Dermal Knowledge alongside Shelly Mauldin, and also holds the role of Chief Medical Officer at Eastside Medical Center. Patient care has been his work since 1990. He was named a Top Doctor in Atlanta in 2018 and 2019, and Atlanta Magazine and Castle Connolly have recognized him as a Top Doctor every year since 2017. His clinical areas are pulmonary, sleep, internal and intensive care medicine, with a focus on respiratory and sleep disorders. His approach is evidence-based and compassionate. He is board certified in pulmonary, sleep, internal and intensive care medicine. His listed credentials are M.D., F.C.C.P., F.A.A.S.M. and MBA. Academically, he earned a B.S. in Biology from the University of Georgia and went on to the Medical College of Georgia. Training took him to the University of Tennessee in Memphis, where he completed an internal medicine internship and residency followed by a pulmonary and critical care fellowship, serving as Chief Fellow in the last year. He also trained at the Aesthetic Institute in Atlanta. Returning to Gwinnett County, he established Georgia Pulmonary Group. His leadership posts include Chairman of the Department of Medicine, Chief of Staff, and Medical Director of the Sleep Labs, at both Eastside Medical Center and Gwinnett Medical Center.
