Sharla Baker co-founded snipcut and works as a stylist there. She trained at Sassoon Academy and has spent more than a decade on cutting, color, smoothing and styling. Previously she worked as a stylist at Kenneth George and other salons, where she also taught in apprenticeship programs. Her portfolio includes summer highlights, wedding updos and precision cuts. She has taken further training with Toni & Guy, Wella, Sebastian, L'Oreal, Bumble & Bumble and Vidal Sassoon.
