Shannon Nottoli

Shannon Nottoli owns LashOut&BrowDown and The Lux Loft. She has more than ten years in the beauty industry. She trained at Summit Salon Academy in Tampa, Florida, where she earned a cosmetology program certificate in 2013, and she spent two years training and working at a high-end waxing spa.

Her lash training includes the Borboleta Beauty Classic Lash Course, completed in 2018, and its Volume and Mega Volume courses, both completed in 2019. She holds three-time certification as a Borboleta Beauty lash artist, a Sugarlash Pro certification for lash lift and tint, and three-time certification as a permanent makeup artist. Her brow training covers Benefit Cosmetics Brow Shaping 101 and Brow Tinting and Advanced Shaping courses, a brow shaping and styling course with Aimee Evans of The Brow Factory, and brow lamination training listed under Brows by Claudia Louise.

She also holds a microblading certification from Beauty Angels Academy (2019), an ombre powder brows certification (2020), and a tiny tattoo certification from VIBE INK and Shay Danielle (2023). Her sanitation and disinfection certification comes from Barbicide.
