Shakiba Vafai

Shakiba Vafai, NP-C, serves as a nurse practitioner on the Smart Dimensions medical team. Her credentials include certification as a family nurse practitioner (FNP) and a Family Nurse Practitioner license from West Coast University. She earned an MSN at the University of San Francisco.
