Ashley Salazar

Ashley Salazar, PA-C, works as a physician assistant on the Smart Dimensions bariatric team and has assisted the gastric sleeve and gastric bypass surgeons since 2002. She holds a Master of Science in physician assistant studies from Western University of Health Sciences, where she was on the Dean's List for two years and was nominated to the national Dean's List for 2000-2001. Before she focused on bariatrics, her training covered family practice, cardiothoracic surgery, emergency medicine, and obstetrics and gynecology. She belongs to the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the California Association of Physician Assistants.
