Shaina Ettel is the founder and master wig stylist of SE Wigs, which she founded in Baltimore. She is professionally trained as a hairdresser and has more than 18 years of hands-on experience as a wig maker, and she has dedicated herself to this work since 2008.
Her work centers on custom human hair wigs, including cutting, coloring and styling. She founded the salon to replace generic, unnatural-looking wigs with pieces that look and feel natural, and she tailors the cut, color and fit to each client's face, skin tone and personality.
She works with women navigating hair loss, including after alopecia or medical treatment, and combines artistry with patient, personal guidance during consultations and fittings.
