Salina Higgins

Salina Higgins owns Symmetrically Beautiful by Salina, which she opened in 2017, and works as a Master Permanent Makeup Artist, educator and owner. She has been in the beauty industry since 2004. Her training started with massage therapy school, followed by esthetician school, and she was licensed after the esthetician program. She then worked at a Tucson-area salon specializing in facial waxing, with a particular focus on eyebrows.

She has focused solely on permanent makeup for about seven years. She is a master brow artist who has logged hundreds of hours of training and hands-on work, and she has worked on over 1,000 faces. She has received a Best Permanent Makeup Artist award in Tucson for six years running. She has continued her permanent makeup education since opening the studio.

She teaches and mentors people hoping to build careers as permanent makeup artists. She went to school, trained and got certified in permanent makeup, though the schools are not named.
