Ruby Oyle is a stylist and the newest talent at FUTURE Vanity/Novelty, the Oakland salon at 5405 College Avenue. Licensed since 2022, she works alongside owner Katherine Sawyer while building a clientele of her own. Before joining the team, she assisted at a previous salon for two years.
She specializes in fun colors and gender-affirming cuts, and has trained intensively on advanced cutting and color techniques. She is certified for Keratin Complex smoothing treatments, which are offered at new talent rates. Online booking covers adult, kids' and teens' cuts and basic color services, and clients who want something else can email the salon with their ideas.
