About
Alisa Moore works as a colorist and stylist at FUTURE Vanity/Novelty in Oakland and has been in the hair industry since 1998. Earlier, she worked at Cowboys and Angels in San Francisco, Festoon in Berkeley, and Marquee in Oakland. She has also done editorial work. Her training includes Bumble and Sassoon techniques, many advanced balayage classes, and cutting classes from industry educators over the course of her career. Her color focus is highlighting and balayage, and she also offers styling and special event hair. She specializes in razor cutting and scissor work. Alisa does not take corrective color or creative and bright colors; those are booked with the salon's other colorists. She is available Tuesday through Friday and every other Saturday. A consultation is the recommended first step, and clients can email their ideas or call the salon to schedule.
