About
Roy Pulido is a master stylist at Jose Luis Salon. He has worked in hair since 1985, spending four years at small local salons in Austin before joining Jose Luis Salon in 1991. His training took place at the Goldwell & Wella Institute, at a Bumble & Bumble workshop and at the L'Oreal Professional Hair Academy in New York City. He served as an educator for roughly a year, worked hands-on with Oribe during a photo shoot workshop, and has appeared in runway shows, including Tribeza Fashion Week in 2010 and 2011. Austin Monthly magazine named him Best Expert for Hispanic Hair in Austin in 2002.
