Blaine Morgan is a master stylist at Jose Luis Salon. He first studied Fine Arts at the University of North Texas, adding a minor in Radio, Television and Film, and later earned a cosmetology degree. He apprenticed at Jose Luis Salon under Jose Buitron. He has spent the past nine years as an educator for Bumble and Bumble. Austin Monthly Magazine has recognized him twice in its Best of Austin Stylists list.
