Rjay

Rjay is the owner and stylist at Hair By Rjay in Oceanside, and has been in the hair industry since 2014. Early on, Rjay worked at Innovation Hair Salon in the Carlsbad mall during the first year in the industry, then at the JCPenney hair salon in the second year. Rjay then spent seven years at Pistachio Cut and Color Bar, a team-based salon in an upscale neighborhood. Hair color and haircuts are the core of the work, with a specialty in sleek, shiny hair. Keeping up with trends means continuing to take courses and learn new methods and techniques.
