Regina Rush

Regina Rush owns Bella Salon and serves as its artistic director. She also works as a makeup artist and K-Tip extension specialist. She is a licensed cosmetologist and sits on the AVEDA Blue Sky product development panel, a nationwide group of 15 people. Her career started in 2004 as a makeup artist. She later worked as a makeup artist and beauty consultant for Estee Lauder at Menlo Park Mall, and from 2008 to 2015 worked at several salons, including The Art of Hair in Old Bridge. Next she was a Brand Educator for Wella Professionals, then spent five years as a full-time regional manager for Wella. Subsequently she worked for Joico and L'Oreal, and became head of education for Redken's global marketing team. She designs and teaches the salon's apprentice program. Her makeup study was at Dawn Til' Dusk in Nutley, New Jersey, and she completed cosmetology school at Craven Community College in New Bern, North Carolina, graduating in 2006. Her specialties include color correction, balayage, blonding, foiling, bobs, long layered hair, curly hair, blowouts, K-Tip extensions and Brazilian Blowouts. She knows coarse, curly and coily hair patterns and offers diagnostic solutions, including microscope analysis. She keeps appointments long and consultation-heavy, and accepts a limited number of clients.
