Regina Dylan is a lash artist and licensed esthetician. She began working in eyelash extensions while attending school and completed NovaLash eyelash extension certification in October 2011. She became a licensed esthetician in May 2012.
She later completed additional education in LashBox LA's flower bouquet volume technique, which is one of her specialties.
