R. Sean McNally, MD, PhD

R. Sean McNally is a board-certified plastic surgeon with Réviance Portland, where he performs reconstructive and aesthetic procedures on the face, breast and body. He has been a member of The Oregon Clinic since 2018. He did undergraduate work at Cornell University and earned an MD and a PhD in microbiology and immunology at the University of North Carolina School of Medicine. His postgraduate surgical training consisted of an internship and a plastic surgery residency, both at the University of California Irvine Medical Center.

His cosmetic practice includes cosmetic breast surgery, mommy makeovers and body contouring such as abdominoplasty and liposuction, along with facial aesthetic surgery. He is recognized for free muscle-sparing and pedicle TRAM flap work, and has published research on how radiation therapy influences blood flow in TRAM flaps. He treats both women and men.

He is recognized for exceptional patient care and outstanding surgical results, and his outcomes are precise, attractive and natural-looking. He belongs to the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, The Aesthetic Society and the California Society of Plastic Surgeons.
