Peter J. Damico, MD, is the physician and owner of Skin Care Fort Worth, and he has provided cosmetic treatments in Fort Worth since 2005. He first learned about Botox as a new aesthetic treatment around fifteen years ago and began offering it, and he has performed more than 10,000 Botox and filler treatments. He is board certified by the American Board of Family Practice, a certification renewed in 2020, and he is not a general dermatologist or a plastic surgeon.
His education includes undergraduate study at the University of Dallas, medical school at the University of Texas in Houston, and a residency in Cincinnati, Ohio. He served as a Certified Allergan Trainer and Speaker from 2017 to 2022 and attends aesthetic trainings regularly. He won the Best Facial Injectable Enhancement award at The Aesthetic Show in 2017 and has been recognized among Allergan Top500 practitioners in the United States.
He focuses on natural-looking results and facial anatomy, with a focus on Botox and dermal fillers, including the Juvederm family, Belotero and Radiesse. He also offers TMJ Botox, non-surgical nose jobs and liquid facelifts, and he personally gives every injection at the office. He will say when he believes surgery is the better option for a patient. For TMJ Botox he uses ice, numbing gel and a very small needle.
