About
Penny Worth is the founder and owner of Loc'd Rootz. She completed Sisterlock training in 2019 and began refining her craft during the pandemic, after finishing that training.
She started her sisterlock journey before opening the salon and focuses on Sisterlocks and loc work. Her philosophy centers on helping young women get to know themselves and accept who they are.
