Paula Salamanca is the founder of Permaesthetics and works as a master brow artist and educator. She also owns the studio. She started working full time at age 17 and spent almost ten years in private banking before opening the business in 2018, in her living room. She created the Permaesthetics Academy, which offers courses online and in person.
