About
Pat Crosby founded SISU Fitness in 2009 and serves as its founder and CEO. He earned a BA in Finance with a minor in Economics from Bethel College and holds a Level 2 Certification.
He has coached over 10,000 classes since 2009. His competition results include 14th Fittest Man Worldwide in the 50-54 division at the 2018 CrossFit Games and a first-place finish in Minnesota.
His leadership style is servant leadership. He aims to know his athletes personally and to support them through obstacles both inside and outside the gym, building programs that sharpen performance and mental toughness.
