Nicole Cullinan

Nicole Cullinan runs Boston Color Group, a hair salon in Watertown Square, where she styles hair and leads training. She has practiced as a hairdresser since 1992 and as a colorist since 1995, and early on she worked full time in a Cape Cod salon. Her education began with corrective color courses in Florida, and she later spent time in New York with Allesandro Mangerini, concentrating on cutting. Tocco Magico, an Italian color company, hired her to teach color, and she led classes and color presentations throughout the United States. She opened Boston Color Group in 2004. Corrective color is her area of expertise. Before settling on L'Oreal Professional as her color system, she had worked with eleven different color lines. She stays up to date through advanced classes, hair shows and collaboration with fellow colorists and educators, and she works with women, men and children.
