Natalya has worked in the beauty industry for 25 years, starting after she moved to the United States. She has worked with Matrix, Aveda, Logics and Goldwell. Her training in color and haircut technique came from Toni and Guy, Paul Mitchell and Matrix educator Renee Edwards. Her main specialties are men's cuts and pixie cuts, which she approaches with a range of hair techniques.
