Nancy Girard

Nancy Girard co-founded Dash of Lash with Lucy Rodriguez. She started doing lash extensions in 2013 and left a dermatology job in July 2014 to work in lash artistry full-time.

She is licensed as a Facial Specialist, a license she earned in 2013, and previously worked as a facial specialist with The Advanced Acne Institute in Miami, alongside dermatologists. She also works as a special FX makeup artist for TV and film, with credits listed including Iron Man 3, Burn Notice, Charlie's Angels and Rock of Ages. She trained at The Joe Blasco Makeup Center in Orlando, earning a Master's in Special Effects Makeup for TV and Film in 2010, apprenticed under local makeup artists, and added the Russian Volume technique in October 2014. She holds lash certifications, with no certifying body named.

Nancy offers full set lash extensions and refills, which can be booked with her. Her clients include celebrities, TV personalities and everyday clients such as nurses and teachers, and her appointments are booked weeks in advance. She walks each client through the full lash extension appointment and adjusts the visit to suit them.
