About
Morgan Kruizenga is the owner of Chemistry Salon, which Morgan founded in 2019. She has more than 30 years in the beauty industry and previously served as art director for Toni & Guy Education, where Morgan taught staff and stylists locally and nationally. She also helped launch the Toni & Guy location on Madison Avenue in New York and has worked with many leading hairdressing companies.
Morgan has studied with Aveda, Davines, Bumble and Bumble, Sebastian, Vidal Sassoon, Zgat, Mahogany and L'Oréal. Mentoring the salon's team is a central focus, with the aim of helping stylists grow into future leaders in the field through in-house training. She also considers it important that staff become financially independent.
For her, customer service comes first at the salon.
