Molly Foster

Molly Foster runs Midwest Curls, where she is the sole stylist, and she holds certification as a curly specialist. Her formal training started at the Aveda Institute in Minneapolis. She has also studied curly hair cutting, colour and styling locally and in New York, Chicago, Dallas, San Diego and Los Angeles. Her working life began at a salon front desk as a receptionist. She then advanced to apprentice and later to employee, building her own client base along the way. Later she rented a chair, then managed a former salon. Each year she takes in-person curly classes to stay current. Her training covers Rëzo, Cadō, Deva cutting, desert curls, Head Shape Matters and minimalist curl techniques. Molly works with the modified curly girl method and reviews each client's curly history, goals and home care routine.
