About
Millan Chessman is a Certified Colon Hydrotherapist (CCT) who runs the detox program at Cove Wellness. She received her certification in 1981 and has worked in alternative health for more than 44 years. She started her training under Dr. William Saccoman, MD. From 1982 to 1995 she owned Rainbow Nutrition, an alternative health clinic in San Diego. She founded and ran A One Fasting Retreat until 2023. Since 1994 she has been a member and instructor with the International Association of Colon Therapy. She is the author of Cleanse Internally, Fast Fat Flush and Cookbook Vegetarian Delights.
